I think what you are suggesting has merit. It's all about the talent. Hopefully, whoever becomes our HC can surround himself with a talented staff, and Grier will do the same with players.

The one thing that I like about McDaniel is the fact that he has a good offense without an elite QB
 
Who's the new offensive coordinator in NE, with McDaniels departure. That decision could be huge for the division
