No more beating around the bush or what you believe. On record what do you believe should be his fate. I heard so many say if he did not have a winning season he should be gone and now they are trying to find ways to backtrack. If you believe he should be give a reason and same if you think we should keep him.

I personally think no Gm should be allowed to go five straight seasons without posting a winning season that's the ultimate no accountability if he retains his job once again.

We have been in this friggin scheme for two years now
Lets not act like we have been changing the schemes this much under him. The offensive scheme did not truly change until we hired philbin and two years in the offense still is not among the 20 best offenses.
Don't worry though Ross will give Ireland another half decade to mire us in mediocrity. I think your the one not really having any objectivity and 6 years as GM is more than fair to evaluate him as needing to be changed. Name any GM that has produced 5 straight non winning seasons and kept his job

Explain to me why you cannot cut all their heads off or hire a guy to replace Ireland that will determine their fate.
His role is to improve the team and he did not. He added nothing in the draft. He replaced linebackers that didn't need to be replaced.
He decimated an already weak line.
