what exactly do you want Ireland's role to be when he roles into a season with new coaches and new schemes?

The players are already on the roster. Until you run the season you have know way of knowing what adjustments in personal you need to make.

You want to blame someone. I get it. Just admit that EVERYONE is to blame. EVERYONE has a role they played in why we are where we are.

Really nothing more to it my friend. I believe as you do that Jeff Ireland has responsibility. But I also believe, so does Philbin, Coyle, Sherman and Ross.

But we can't cut off all there heads now can we?

to answer your question:

Matt Million

Matt Millan that says it all doesn't it lol

We have never been 9-7 since Ireland has been here FACT

Buddy Nix was never GM for 5 straight non winning seasons and even if he was that's great company lol

Nix was Gm for 2 to 3 seasons

I went with "yes" because I feel we need a change of culture. Ireland hasn't been all terrible but the disregard for the O line combined with a bunch of other crap means he should no longer be our GM

You might want to look that up. According to my source he is the #30th ranked GM in the league with a record of 14-28. almost carbon copy of Ireland. Multiple changes in coaching and scheme. And for the record Jeff Ireland does not have a 5 yr straight losing record

11-5
7-9
7-9 new coaching
6-10
7-9 new coaching
8-8

I said a five year non winning streak.
Your source is wrong Nix took over when another guy moved up.
He was only GM for two years in buffalo

Disregard for the line?

In what way?

If disregard for the line is giving Philbin, a career offennsive line coach, what he requested and leaving the maturation of that line to Him (coach) then we are in trouble

You guys really don't expect Ireland to do the coaching to do you?

Well we do expect him to buy the groceries and his draft and free agency has been pretty poor on oline
He helped build this line now for six years

Come on guys. Jeff deserves the chance to rebuild the O Line for the 10th time. Be patient.............

Buddy Nix was not GM of the Bills for 5 seasons.

Nix got the job after 2009, and ran the 2010, 2011, and 2012 drafts. He stayed on to help his successor with the 2013 draft as part of the transition and then stepped down. He absolutely did not get 5 seasons. Incidentally, Buddy Nix and Doug Whaley have brought in far more talent to the Bills than Jeff Ireland brought in to the Dolphins. Jeff got us a quarterback. Buddy and Doug have not got Buffalo a quarterback yet. That's the only reason Miami has a better record than Buffalo.

The Bills have a lot of talent on that football team outside of the garbage QB situation.

I think there are a lot of players on this team that would disagree
