Dolphins Contacting Teams On Ryan Tannehill

How does that effect our spending cap?

I mean his contract is already on the cap so waiving him means you take away the base amount of 18.725 million but keep the final 2 bonus/restructure years (already paid) on the cap as dead money.

So that equals like $13.4 million and Miami can choose to split that over 2 years.

If the rumors are true that Rosen can be somewhat outspoken and doesn't play well with others then good luck with that.
The media are going to do their best to fuel that fire. Good forbid the great Murray has bad performances here and there.
What do you think is going to happen?

A smart organization neutralizes that problem before it even begins. You gain nothing by keeping Rosen at this stage.

There was that concern going into last year's draft, but supposedly he's handled things very well since being drafted, including getting thrown into the ringer as a rookie without complaining and not saying anything since the rumblings about Arizona trading him started.

One real concern you hear about his father. Not that he's like Lonzo Ball's dad, but that, since he's a doctor, he'll convince Rosen to retire early if he suffers another concussion.

Why would anybody want tannehill..>?..Unless you surround him with prowbowlers he wont amount to nothing....this is the biggest bust since ryan leaf.

Thats sad when a team has to call around trying to get rid of you instead of teams calling in for him

See, if you dont want credibility, just post something along these lines...

Obviously tannehill is a better player than Ryan leaf. In terms of setting the franchise back, tannehill was far worse. It was immediate that leaf wasn’t the guy, it took the dolphins seven years to realize tannehill is also not the guy.

I doubt if this happens he would probably need to restructure his contract were they can just wait till he's released

Perfect situation for him. He'd get to start and if he doesn't fare too well he'd most likely end up being a backup there or somewhere else for a few years.
