When will the Dolphins ever learn? Wasn't Trent Green, A.J Feeley, Gus Frerotte, and all of the other rejects enough of a reason not to take an over the hill quarterback that teams are trying to get rid of . If they get Hasselbeck I give up as a fan.

What's your counter move then? If you don't think Henne is the guy, the next step is to draft another QB. Depending on who it is, he may not be ready to start right away. Then what? You don't start Henne and then go to the rookie down the line. It'd be better to have a veteran start and then you bring the rookie along (doesn't even have to be this year).
Those expecting the team to pick up an all-star QB to replace Henne are just dreaming

I guess it depends on Hasselbeck's physical condition. If he is healthy, then I have no doubt he could add value. However, it sounds like he has had many ailments in recent years and they are a big factor in his performance decline.
The New Orleans playoff game was great but if he had a lot more of those performances then he would still be locked up in Seattle. I think that the Dolphin Doctor's opinion is very significant if we really are interested.
