Another role for TBum??....what could that be....pissboy or bathroom janitor? That's all this clown is fit for (maybe). Hopefully he'll take it as a slight and resign or take a position with another team.
 
So he wanted a culture change
all the players that he let go took shots at him (syill waiting on Pouncey and Suh but they seem to have more class than philipps, landry and Ajayi)
had his guys
and broke the locker room that much that his guys turned agaist him? (Stills, Wake, Gore ecc)
He must have a really bad attitude
