Like Bill Walsh, Chuck Knoll, Joe Gibbs, Bill Cowher, John Harbaugh Mike Tomlin? none were established coaches.

The guy is a real offensive genius. He puts his players in position to have success. His play calling is as good as there is. We need a good, solid GM, and together let these guys build a winner. Bring in Marino and let him and Moore make the next choice at QB. Hire a strong, veteran DC, who isn't interested in a HC position, and he can have input on the defensive draft choices.

He will be one of the top candidates in the off season. Do you think Miami will be the most attractive landing spots for him? I don’t see it being the case. Not to mention Jerry will pay top dollar to keep him.

The defense is worst than the offense. Not sure if we need an offensive genius, but offense is less painful to watch than this fraudulent defense. We need a coach definitely and Flores is NOT the guy. But not sure if an offensive minded coach could help the team better.

It seems the best HC's in the league with offensive background call their own plays.

I'm not talking about play calling. It takes different skills to run an organization than it does to design and call plays. Some guys have both, but there's certainly a ton of guys who have been good offensive minds while being terrible head coaches.

All good coaches were once rookie coaches. Our problem is we consistently pick the wrong ones.
