Jason Cole: Set up to FAIL

What the **** is wrong with a management group that operates as a team, isn't that what is suppose to happen in any good organization aren't they suppose to have common goals.
That comment is more a reflection of the way the guy that left has operated all along.
Only clerks would see that comment as a negative.

Since the turn of the century, only one institution has had worse leadership at the top than the Miami Dolphins...

Can you guess which one?

I feel sorry for you. Do you cry in your cereal every morning wishing the Dolphins had hired McCoy? Do you wish that McCoy had come here so that Ireland would still be our GM?

I'm trying nail down my rooting interests and can't decide if Hayden Snake would be more upset if the Chargers get blown out this weekend or if they went on to win the SB. Thoughts?

Can you explain the hard push to get Joe and Dawn out, that it was not even worth mentioning when Ireland was here? I didn't see one thread talk about firing Ireland, Dawn, and Joe...not one. there may have been a clean house thread made, but it wasn't very popular. It was all Fireland. Now that he's gone, just seems like searching for something else to b!tch about.

The reason is because of all the infighting got aired out and that will not promote winning. Those who back stab and backbite and fight among themselves and with others can't be trusted
nor or competent to lead others.

Basic leadership principles 101.

Finally someone with some sense.

Well another report has come out saying that your report is false.

Some of you guys are way too close to this.
You got guys throwing **** from every direction much of it will miss, but we get all hot and bothered... This power structure will have little effect on anything if we start drafting like a semi-competent franchise, QB develops, and the coaches step up to the plate. All possibilities from my standpoint. Team is not going to fail or succeed based on some media spiked ménage a trois between Ross, Aponte, and Philbin...

The women did what she had to do to save her job if what that writer said is true. Who on this forum would not do the same?

Hayden with all do respect.
The only bits of information than any of us get are crumbs.
We get maybe 1% of the picture.
This whole narrative started after Mando wrote a piece that for any intelligent person resembled propaganda not reality.

Lets see the process work itself out.
Perhaps the Dolphins are asking for certain restrictions or failsafes and that may turn off some candidates.

Perhaps those candidates will then leak this "power structure" nonsense to pressure the fins in releasing those failsafes.
This is all a game and you are following it like a lemming

Could be I never thought about it that way, but I think not.

Real easy for you. I want Denver because they have a better chance to eliminate the Pats.
