Wait, you mean the guy who just smashed up his Ferrari then checked himself into a mental hospital? The same guy who mentally tormented his teammate after he sexually assaulted a charity volunteer for the Dolphins? You mean you are ready to pencil him into that guard spot today? Before FA is over and before the draft and well before the June 1 cuts.....you seen enough of the potential replacements that you are willing to give this guy another shot right now? wow not sure what criteria you are using to make roster decisions but I am glad you're not making them for the Dolphins......
 
Did you forget Philbin wanted him gone in the first place, but Ireland overruled him?
 
What kind of message would the Dolphins be sending if we kicked Martin to the curb but brought back Richie?

I usually support people who have been tried in the court of the PC police, but Cog's decline in play and recent actions make it a no.

I think and don't hold me 100% to this, that a player under treatment cannot be released without medical steps per the CBA.

I was a Richie supporter for years when many were not but now it is time to move on, the time is right and he needs to get help first and then maybe a fresh start to a new team willing to give him a chance. It is the best thing for all parties involved.

No. Ill grant you that Martin is a garbage player and a snake who manipulated this whole thing. But really, that doesn't change what Incog is, or what he done. This certainly isn't his first slice of drama and self inflicted nonsense. Martin deserves to be gone, but so does Incog. Sometimes ya just gotta flush and then flush the leftovers.

Beyond the red-meat visceral drooling media hyenas who'd again shoot first and ask questions later like at the time Martin's handlers released a few racial texts parsed to inflame from over 1000 (yet their ilk oddly had ignored even any speculation of racism as Ndomikin Suh, just ironically named to the Lions leadership council, continued to use the field of play to assault 6 opponents, sometimes viciously who, in a league where 65-70% of the players are men of color, all just happened to be Caucasian "anomalies"), ... we can just do better.. hopefully much.
 
This shouldn't even be considered. He's out of control and has been his entire life. Let's keep our team psychopath population as low as possible, please.
 
If Richie would have just stayed off twitter and kept his mouth shut after Martin quit he would have probably been one of the top free agent guards available.

He didn't so he wont. Richie is his own worst enemy i'm afraid.

Pretty true.
Incog definitely chose to overstep quite a few boundaries in what he thought was right for the situation. As victimizing as that can be painted, he's still guilty.
 
Richie was done here the moment he turned over the entirety of his texts. or didn't you notice the things about other players and drugs?
