On paper, the Nuggets are a better team. It's just a matter of them believing that they can match up and about them keeping their composure.
Kobe is still the best player in the series - as much as it pains me to say it.
That said:
Anthony + Billups > Bryant + Gasol
It'll be a great series. If the Nuggets take it, I think it'll have to be in 6.

no worries. Lakers will steal 1 in Denver. If the Lakers go down 2-1 in the series then i may start panicking. Why they didnt run a double screen for Kobe for the last shot bothered me.
While I appreciated the game, I thought both coaches made strange decisions - especially in regards to substitutions.

Nuggets look like the better team. They are more physical and seem to want it more. The difference to me is Billups. In the past Fisher maybe could have held his own, but he looks done. Gasol will get worn out by the Nene/Martin combo.
For the Lakers to prevail Odom and Bynum have to start bringing it. If not, the only thing that can save LA is the refs.

so far denver seems to be getting all the calls and their violations not called.

I disagree. The officiating has been bad for both teams...........
The officiating has been horrible all playoffs.
