This thread is so off base...

Why are ew comparing a raw Qb getting his first starts to a guy who was a fifth round pick 5 years ago.

Its not really fair, AJ was never projected to be a starter, and the only reason he is is because he was able to not lose a couple games for an otherwise great team.


The bottom line is that Speilman was tricked into trading for Aj just as the Bills were tricked into trading for Rob johnson.

The title should be Rob Johnson vs. Aj Feeley.

try making some sense will you. Did you actually expect Feeley to lead the fins to a winning season? So the fins beat the Pats in a TEAM effort. Everyone has his day and that day, AJ had a good game. His entire season could be judge as being the worst qb in the league.

AJ obviously can't make the right decisions fast enough.

Same thing can be said about your LT. Dmac? Carey? Dmac was let go by Houck in SD. I won't be surprised if Carey ends up starting. You also have a gaping hole at the middle of your DL.

If JT breaks through our lt, we'll just run up the middle. Should be easy. :D.

Not just spielman. Ron Wolf, Jim Fassell, Bill Cowher, and the Browns coach thought he had potential as they were all talking trade for Feeley before Browns signed Garcia and Pitt drafted Roeth. Wolf consulted for both the Bowns and Fins early in the offseason. He was with the Browns until policy and all the others were let go, then wolf left and consulted with the Dolphins for a while before Spielman was officially promoted, both teams went after AJ on Wolf's advice. RS was NOT the only one.

I heard Ron Wolf, but the others? Ask any coach about Berlin, they will say nice things but no one will move to use a high pick on him.

Remember how Manning and the colts said a lot of nice things about Foerster and yet only Wanny was willing to make him an OC? How did Foerster do?

How come Spielman was the only one who offered a second? Teams use their 1st rd pick on potential rookie qb's. How come Feeley never got that? You will see. He hasn't even proven to be better than Fiedler. He hasn't even achieved what Fiedler has achieved and we know that isn't much.
 
Whoever starts at quarterback for our team will have better numbers than Losman. Whoever starts for our team will be a better quarterback than Losman will be in 2005. Bottom line is that our 2nd string quarterback will be better than your first stringer. When the Buffalo Jills actually win a Super Bowl, you fans can talk smack. Hopefully that will happen by your great great great grandchildren's life.

Funny, cause if i was a fan of the team who had the second worst season in the league last year, and the worst QB last season (below Dorsey AND Krenzel) I wouldn't be so confident.

Which leads me to believe one of two things...

You are either a young kid, in which case bringing up the Super Bowl makes you sound dumb...if you actually saw the Fins win the Super Bowl however...

then you should know better than to make completely unfounded, homer statements at your age.

Just start talking about who was the best QB ever...
