Wow the State Attorney is laying it all out now we know why they took so long.

They have dirt evidence from the wheel well of the car and from the crime scene.

Hernadez is singing,30 days in the hole....at that point they are going to request another bail setencing.

They have evidence of him leaving the home with the firearm and re-entering the home with the firearm,sounds like he didn't damage his or maybe neighbors security system enough,I'd have to guess his own.
 
After all the planning he did, he still used a rental, registered to him, for the murder vehicle!?
Thought he was smart, so he collected all the shells...then he dropped one in the rental before they returned it!?

The blue bubblegum is gonna be the thing that sticks this whole case together!

Amongst the mountain of video surveillance they have, the most damning has to be video of him and his rental car at the location the body was found.
 
I was watching the acquittal @ lunch. AH looks unremorseful & shady IMO

That along with the shell casings left casually in the floor of the rental car. Also that stupid blue bubble gum. The text messages also demonstrate motive.
 
Anyone notice the camera kept zooming in on his bruised knuckles?
