I'll be happy that LT would be set but a little worry about the cap numbers. We have to do smething about the oline tho so I can't blame Hickey for getting him.
Ozzy rules!!
Ozzy rules!!
I will ask this since nobody is…why is Monroe's market so soft? Nobody was really interested in him.
Mudder - He's after $12M, not $7.5M. That's why Oakland are now pursuing Saffold. Veldheer is linked to Arizona and is expected to be the highest paid of the free agent O-linemen.
Ryan Tannehill, meet Brandon Albert. The Dolphins’ new left tackle is expected to be the laid-back Albert. Miami’s expected to blow the opposition out of the water again (remember Mike Wallace and his $13 million average that shocked the NFL last year?) with a deal averaging around $10-11 million.
Wth r u saying I remember just off the top of my head when the rams drafted Jason smith @ like no.2 in the draft (epic bust)
I don' think there are any of top 10 guys out there are available so it is really irrelevant who they are. We have no offensive line. Nothing, zip, zilch, nada. So if we can get one of the better guys off the next tier then I think it is a win. This team has many holes to fill. RB, TE, all positions but Center on the OLine, LB, Safety, another Corner opposite of Grimes...and maybe even a QB if Tanny doesn't take it to another level. Also throw in a legit fullback. SO...if you can a top 15 tackle I say it is a win for the Hickey Monster.
I wouldn't say Miami has a hole at RB and TE. The guys who played in those positions last year are going to be back. The positions can be upgraded sure but that doesn't mean there are holes.
