I am not going to lie I'm worried about that. There are soe guys who are just bad luck. I still don't think he is a winning player BUT as a part timer who is a pass rush specialist he can definitely help us and w/ the vet leadership we have I think they can carry him.
 
But the real number is one year up to $3.75 million. Taylor is a Jet.

I thought the most they could pay Jason was 1.8 Million (ie what Jay Feely signed for).

Did the Jets circumvent the rules here?

how cant he make a living for his family when hes made MILLIONS playing a GAM???
 
He'll be booed by both fanbases. I'm not upset. We never won anything with Taylor (and Thomas) unfortunately and the year they both left, we had one of our most fun seasons of all time.
 
some of you guys are incredible.. this team didnt want him - why fault him? yeah, he went to our biggest rivals - maybe they are they only team willing to take a look at him.. i dont get the hate.. i really dont.. i was more bitter with him when he wanted to jump ship because he thought we were going to lose and was sent to Washington then i am now.. if anything, i feel this is more of a FO decision than a JT decision..

im still a JT fan.. and i hope he does well in everything he does as a person - as a jet, i hope he loses every game he ever plays against miami.. but as far as im concerned, hes a good dude who did alot of good things here - and im not going to foresake all of that just because he wants to play for a team that actually wants him.. this is a bad job by the FO
 
Please dont judge me when I say this guys...the way Miami's been treatin him,Im not mad at him.But thats completely different from actually going through with it and seeing it.....

With that said....I just will never see Jason in the same light anymore.....

C'mon... are you serious? What's he going to leak? Info on the wildcat which we may not even run to the extent that we have in the past couple years?

The entire league has seen the wildcat for two full seasons now. The Jets have seen it twice/year...up close.

The only thing you should be concerned about is JT potentially getting loose and stripping the ball out of Henne's hands.

In all reality no big deal. He was a situational player we wanted to replace. Looks like the Phins will be going 11-5 this year and winning the AFCE. Just like the last time he went elsewhere.
 
Maybe people need to take a look and see who really crapped on who. You tell me why would a person want to play on a team that is telling him that they really don't want him or care if they have him. I am sure any of us would feel and do the same thing. I say good luck to him.

Maybe the fins wanted the jests to waste a roseter spot on JT?

They obviously weren't the least bit afraid of it happening.
