Crowder was given 2 citations for the accident. One for Fleeing the scene of an accident and the other for careless driving. Dont know if this was posted yet.

Crowder was issued a citation for careless driving, a moving infraction, and leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, a second-degree misdemeanor.
 
He was cited for careless driving and leaving the scene of the accident. In legal ramifications with the league, it means pretty much nothing. This looks like an accident that could have happend to anyone at 5:30am in the rain. Stop bashing Crowder, and just hope he didn't get injured.
