I am very excited about this hire. He was the guy I wanted personally. We all have our reasons for wanting this guy or another, but this fan is happy today. Fins up baby.

By my accounts it happened under all of their noses. Even the players didn't know about it. What was really telling to me is that the players backed Cogs and not Martin. If Cogs was being that big of a dick, it would have gotten out. You know Omar/Armondo would not have let it stay in house. I have a feeling when this comes out Martin will look like a two faced ***** who couldn't handle the pressure/demotion.

I doubt it will happen but I'm hoping the texts between Martin and Cogs get leaked. I bet there is some funny as **** in those conversations.

Maybe with a new cast of characters Turner will be alright.

So....we are back to optimism again today! That is a good thing.

Hopefully, Lazor's experience with QB's will help RT move to the next level. Also, coming from a high energy up-tempo offense is something that we can really benefit from.

I like this move.....and as usual, Philbin kept this pretty secretive on who his real target was. Lesson learned again.....

Joe amazes me. I cannot take him. If Lazor has coaches that can help implement his offense, let him bring them in...as long Philbin is okay with them, I do not see the issue. However, he "insisted" he keep on the other assistants? Wow.

I don't think joe or lazor have commented on the assistant situation , all we have heard is from the media. There needs to be positions opened up before you can fill them. What coaches does lazor have lined up?

Why do you see the worst in everything? McAdoo says the Giants are a 5 star organization you interpret that as the Dolphins are a joke. A tweet says Philbin wants to keep his staff in place and you interpret that as some sort of feud between Philbin and Lazor. Maybe Lazor has no opinion on our staff because he hasn't worked with them yet?
