Fiedler sucks - he is a career backup that had no business starting for more than a year and I am glad he is gone...

Why don't you explain why is amazing when Feeley beats the Pats but not when it was done before. He gets praised for nothing and there are never enough excuses.

All I am saying is Gus has outplayed AJ this preseason and completion % doesn't mean jack if you aren't moving the ball.

Gus's 2nd start 7-18 80 yrds 0TD 2 fumbles

Feeley only start this pre season 4-7 35yrds 0fumbles 0INT

I guess Feeley only throwing 7 passes as a starter is enough for the bias narrow minded...

Dude get some sleep, and in the morning eat a your Wheaties and try again....
 
Feeley better start against the Bucs

After Ferottes inability to put points on the board or even get into the RedZone Feeley better get another chance.

Feeley only having 7 pass attempts as a Starter is just not enough to do anything..
 
I've always supported Feeley, and I still think he could be a good QB.
I also agree that Feeley's starting time was pretty limited.

But, remember that while the only time WE have seen AJ (or Gus for that matter) is in limited duty in preseason games, Saban sees him every day in practice. If Saban decides based on what he has seen from the QBs in practice and preseason games that Gus should start, then thats the way it should be and I have no argument.
 
i dont like this swapping out qbs every time one does bad...i say we just stick it out with Gus
 
I agree with not swapping QBs. Name AJ the starter of week 1 on Monday and stick with it. Gus blows and as sad as it is to say will never be A STARTING CALIBER qb
 
I say we stick with gus because thats what the players like i think. Feeley had a decent game today, but i wasnt impressed. We were down by 4 yard passes isnt exactly whats going to win games. Sure, he completed 16/20 but he didnt even get 100 yards.
 
Might as well stick with Gus, it seems a lot of you have forgotten the musical quarterbacks game that was played last year. He already knows the system and he needs to have a chance to keep working on chemistry with the receivers. Neither one of these guys are likely to light the league on fire. Might as well just stick with one.
 
I'd prefer to stick with the one who knows the receivers and needs to learn the system. At least he has the ability to win occasionally
