Gosh it sucks coming on the board these days and guaranteed every single one of these so called fans "bashing" the team will be front and center if we perform well in the upcoming season.
 
Pete Carroll is upbeat for sure but he sucks as an NFL coach.
 
When you go after someone in FA ITS THE SAME AS RECRUITING. You have to make the person you want wanted. Business 101. Ross should know that as he is a billionaire. Seems Flynn with the low ball offer and business part of trying to sign someone did not feel wanted and believe me dolphins were his first choice so I think this thread has lots of merit. If they dont sign SMith, fans will be like last year, booing henne in practice all over again unless Moore takes us to the playoffs which is a risk in itself. If he does take us into the playoffs and I dont think he will then he will get recruited by another team as he will be a UFA next year. Does this all sound like a good plan for everyone? It better not happen.

i agree 100% bro we can have all the WRs TEs and im talkin about the best in the league but without a QB we are screwed (DONE) imo we should have done everything in the book even if we had to cut some very valuable players , like Marshall exc exc. to make room for our QB and let me say this since last year there has been some pretty good QBs through FAs and other places that we could have gotten and didnt , so imo as long as dont have a clue Ross owns the team and (im here and dont know squat ireland_) is GM ,WERE DONE , i wish that shula or Marino would buy the miami dolphins .
 
I think the Ireland thread SHOULD be separate because there are SO many issues concerning the GM.

I call it like I see them...I praised him for re-signing Soliai. I like the Marshall pick up. Credit him for not moving on guys that I would have that do not pan out.

HOWEVER, he has butchered the process of the most important position on the field, but not scoring Flynn. If Alex Smith is their answer...I am not sure what to think..
 
We all need to be patient it took the Lions 7 years to finally get rid of Matt Milan we are just starting Year 4 with Ireland running us into the ground 7-9,7-9 and 6-10 is Not a winning formula

Look at the Lions and the Falcons two teams that changed Everything same time we did (they are both Playoff contenders ) we have become a very stale NFL team with Blunder after blunder in the front office. We are going to be what the Raiders and Chiefs are, old warhorses with great memories of the past and with no future.

I don't know how you figure that any of the aforementioned pissing and moaning is a knee jerk reaction. This is a reaction to many years of continuous failure, not one decision. The pissing and moaning is the furthest thing from a knee jerk reaction.
