Hes got about 20 weeks until his 1st game to gain the weight back. (remember hes gonna miss 4 games). Thats about 1-1.5 lbs a week.

Ummmmm, he lost 40 pounds during his year off. That's alot to put back on in such a short amount of time......even in the weight room. Believe me, 20 weeks will fly by when trying to add 40 pounds of muscle.

How's this?

**** Ricky.

There is a reason we drafted Ronnie Brown at #2.

I loved Ricky up untill what he pulled. If it was Wanny as he claims, he had to know (just like millions of us) that Wanny was gone after that year. Gimme a break. .

Wanny would not have been forced out if we had a couple of more wins at the end of the season.

Exagerate much? or only as a part time job? he played 2003 at 215-220lbs. Remember all the fuss about how he had lost weight from 2002 and everyone thought hed be better and faster? And hes in the 190's now so that makes it closer to 20-25lbs he needs to add back. Very do-able in 20 weeks if youre dedicated.

first thing ricky should probably do is call every dolphins player on the roster and apologize to them.

And to the guy above me or two above cant remember his field of study, hollistic medicine forbids corrupting the body. And remember ricky is back on his meds now for his bi-polar, the stuff which he stopped taking few months before he quit. Thats why its easier for me to forigive him. He wont be smoking the weed, and he wont stop taking his meds for a while, making him all the more balanced. Plus with ronnie there he wont feel like he is being put to death. Most running backs do believe that every hit takes a piece of there lifetime away.

Ricky Will Be In Training Camp!!!

RICKY WILL BE IN TRAINING CAMP IN JULY.

Ricky Williams will report to Dolphins training camp in July, according to his agent, Leigh Steinberg.
Steinberg told the Palm Beach Post on Friday that Williams "absolutely" plans to rejoin the Dolphins after retiring prior to last season. "Ricky's made the decision he wants to play again," Steinberg told the paper.

Steinberg said that he is almost positive that Ricky is not smoking marijuana anymore because the schools he attended forbid it.
Thats funny.. I could have sworn the NFL forbade weed smoking as well :D ... Ricky must have really loved those classes.

I knew it had more to do with Wanny than anything else.
I think it has more to do with the fact that that is the excuse that more Dolfans will fall for.

That's the only one where Ricky and his fans get to blame somebody besides Ricky for Ricky's problems.

I'm all for this, but lets hold out untill he is physically in camp. Because, you know, it is Ricky Williams were talking about here.

No, I actually go by what I read in a news article....sorry if you were offended by that.

Either way, put on THIRTY pounds of muscle in 20 weeks is STILL quite a task. Is it possible? Sure, but I bet that he will get tested for steroids if he is able to pick that weight back up (count on it). He will have to get with a serious trainer and get on an intensive workout regimine if he is going to bulk up again in time for the season. The problem is that I wonder if he is actually that dedicated.

Must be easy to blame everyone else for your problems. Ricky wanted to smoke the weed, and did it. Don't blame anyone else for that issue. He quit, because he wanted to and that should be the end to that. If he wants to come back, fine but lets not blame his quitting and weed smoking on anyone else but him.

Do I believe that he was used too much under the last coach, absolutely. Now how many of us on this site, complain daily about being overused and under appreciated at work?

Ricky will always do what he wants and what is in the best interest for him. He is coming back to make money plain and simple. Quit all the passion crap and take it for what it is.
