No. It is just a statement.

If you have Fox Sports 1, turn it that channel now and you will see.

That is why I am looking online and see if anyone has reported this as definitive.

Rex gets roasted around here (I've done my fair share as well), but I would take him in a heartbeat. He has identifiable skills that a good HC should possess: 1. expertise on either defense or offense, 2. the ability to lead and motivate players. Philbin doesn't possess a single desirable trait for a HC.

the thing is though, the way its worded

REPORTS: TANNEHILL TO BENCH, NO QUESTION MARK AFTER, SO THEY GOTTA BE GETTING IT FROM SOMEWHERE.

ALSO, KEEP IN MIND, WE R TALKING ABOUT RYAN TANNEHILL BEING BENCHED, NOT SOME TOP NOTCH QB, SO IT WOULDNT BE IMPORTANT NEWS IF IT WERE TRUE TO MOST PPL OTHER THAN FIN FANS
 
As much as I like Matt Moore, and think he is better than Tannehill. I don't want to start him. We need to tank this season and get a good qb in the draft. I do not believe Matt Moore is a franchise qb but I know he's good enough to get us out of contention for a good qb.
 
From what I am reading the coaches are meeting as we speak.

Apparently they are holding a meeting to decide whether or not to bench Tannefail.

They want to have a game plan ready before they get on the plane. Expect an announcement soon. Of course what Ilove and I are seeing on our TV screens may suggest information has been leaked to at least one source.

Of course, they may choose not to announce the starter in an effort to keep Oakland in the dark.

So a decision is likely already made and they are putting a game plan together now. I hope it involves MATT MOORE!!!!!!
 
It's sad were hoping matt moore will somehoe save us :lol:

but, looking back at preseason, he looked better in this offense then Tannehill.

i really hope it does as well man, but my pessimistic side of me is telling me that we will here that crap '' we have decided to stick with tannehill and see how he performs this upcoming week''.

if the bye week was week 9, then i think it would be more likely, but being that its next week, i feel they will play tannehill.

would love to be wrong
 
FYI..It's not out there on twitter and do not think they would have made that decision already or announced it to anyone.

Most are on the Ravens press conference.
 
Ryan Tannehill must produce 14 points in the first half against Oakland or I would bench him. I'm sick of mediocrity, Matty Moore is a gunslinger not a poozee like Ryan

If that's the case then Philbin should get to stripping and take his whipping. But- the cure all is winning, and we just might win with Matt Moore starting at QB. Winning solves everything. And if Tanehill is in fact benched I don't subscribe to the theory that he's done and can't come back in as a starter. Play the hot hand, or in this case probably the not cold hand. They could platoon for all I care, just get a QB in there who clicks.
