Gase does not have a clue on how to prepare a team for whomever they are playing or how to flesh out the times when you need to be aggressive with offense and go for it on 4th to sustain drives.
I mean the guy will punt even if it obviously means very few yards lost if you dont make it.

He is NOT HC material and could use a few years on Madden to sharpen his understanding of what it takes to even be a Coach.
