Just imagine how he will feel when you hoist the "Dolphins Superbowl Champs" flag up.

At that point you can be magnanimous and thank him for the Vikings display of courage while being beaten by a superior team; a win which helped the Dolphins get to the Superbowl.

Then just watch your neighbor melt from internalized rage.
