So with that wave, my count is Saints, Bills, 49ers are all now cap compliant with enough room to account for the outstanding players and didnt even cut anyone. This is why more and more fans need to stop worrying about CAP space, teams always can find ways to get the players they want.
 

They're already projected to be over the cap next year prior to any Watson/Armstead stuff. As previously stated, kicking the can down the road looks fine and dandy when Drew Brees in the twilight of his career and you still want to be Super Bowl competitive, but when you are doing this for Taysom Hill you are keeping yourself in mediocrity with no hope for the future. Maybe Watson changes this, but I doubt it.
 
And not smart for a Team that has a new coach and New QB. This was the time to get your Cap Right.

I'm impressed they pulled it off, no doubt.

But long term it means they xould even possibly be $100M+ over the cap.
