Nobody is purely basing it on playoff records. You keep saying he sucks as a passer, but his passing statistics say he doesnt. He may not be a good passer when his running is neutralized, but thats not an easy thing to do as a defense.

Just watch him play dude...he's not good...u can't base everything on statistics, like I said a 5yd throw could count as 70yds if the we runs for 65...stats don't tell all

You can't tell these people anything....in his mind kaepernick is so good he doesn't need blockers or wide receivers to throw to....he single handedly plays and wins games by himself...they're thinking about changing the team name to the San Francisco Colin kapernicks....that's how good he is...I mean did u see his stats? He has a 4-2 playoff record....best qb ever

That's interesting. Of the top ten teams in RZ rating, only five made the playoffs - the five teams missing the playoffs being the Titans, Cowboys, Dolphins, Raiders, and Steelers. Of the top ten teams in YPA, eight made the playoffs - the Cardinals and Bears being the only from the list to miss the playoffs. Again, your reasoning is lost on me.

YPA is the result of the passing game, just like QBR...it's NOT an individual QB statistic. 1 yard difference between below average and elite...that's too small of a window to even argue about...1 yard...please.

Marino broke and set a ton of records...and won 0 super bowls...I guess he sucked too.
