Nope. I am actually very familiar with the rules of the workplace. Offensive jokes become an issue when the joke or comment offends someone. If NOBODY is saying that the joking is offensive, then what is the issue?
The first time I let it go, but WOW you are actually trying to defend your case. Maybe you should go do some reading on workplace harrassment which is defined by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
