2 things.
1. I think Kubiak might have had enough of being a HC. His health is a bigger factor to me than whether or not he leaves.
2. I think Shanahan would be a real solid pick. Look how well the 'skins ran the ball with just an ok line and no name running back. If they had the sort of WR and TE talent Miami did they might have been very potent. Also, the entire RG3 situation is a shambles. Any time he doesn't get his way his dad is in someone's ear in the front office. How are you supposed to coach up a player like that? RG3 is clearly more interested in being a commercial success right now. RT isn't anything like that and he might take quickly to Shanahan's tuteledge.
In short I'm good with either Kubiak or Shanahan. I don't know nearly enough about McAdoo to have an opinion, but I look at how much different GB is without Rodgers and question if he won't need a superstar to be really good.
