Should Ireland and/or Philbin be Fired?

Cant beat the Bills and the Bucs...both are in a gots to go situation.
 
Fire Ireland and front office now, put interim front office in place until you can get who you want, then that new GM will probably fire Philbin at end of season if another viable candidate is available

Philbin and Sherman are too smart for there on good. Incompetence and stubbornness is a a major issue. Wallace should be moved all over the field, stretch plays need to be used more and for God's sake why we're not using our rookies more is mind boggling. It's past the half way mark, what the hell. Jonathan banks starts opposite Revis and we're still playing fcking carrol. As much as I like Shelby, dion should be o The field more. Once again dion caused a turnover from a hurries throw.

Coaches ...... Where do I begin.

STUBBORN/STUPID - Can't move a damn WR to create a mismatch? Every other team can move a WR. Hell, Jordy Nelson plays all over the field. Vincent Jackson plays all over the field. Wallace plays all over the right sideline..Hartline plays all over the Left sideline. Enough said.

Playcalling is Horrendous. This is aside from the Go and Go-Go Bullcrap!!! I have seen High School teams with more innovative offenses and not be as predictable. Not to mention, have you ever noticed that our outside WR's pretty much never cross the field.

I am done wasting my time writing about this. THEY SUCK as COACHES AND GM. FIRE THE WHOLE WORKS!
 
I think Ross should fire Ireland tomorrow to take his team back from the media. It would be a statement that he won't put up with this BS anymore. That one move puts everyone on notice.

Yes to Ireland, no question. His product on the field sucks. Philbin before this game I said no. After I'm leaning towards yes. Where was the fast start and fire?

Next week if we lose we go 4-6 and sign our death warrant. Win and go 5-5 and somehow still have hope. Aimless hope maybe, but hope.

I'd like to see Ross gone as the owner and take Ireland, Philbin and Sherman. Blow it up.
 
A week and a half to prepare for the worst team in the league and you put that garbage on the field??? GTFO. All of em', top to bottom. Loyal fans don't deserve this crap.
 
I would like to see Sherman gone and somebody else takeover the play-calling duties. I want Ireland/Phibin gone at the end of the season unless they make a miraculous comeback and make the playoffs. I can't take the stress of seeing Sherman in the booth anymore. Its killing me week after week. I want him gone tomorrow. Idk how Ireland is still employed w/ this oline he put together either.
 
Ireland is gone regardless.

Philbin....meh, still on the fence about. Depending on how the rest of the season goes.
 
I have been a stalwart supporter of this regime but it is a total failure. Fire everyone, gut the team, and start over.

Ross can't half measure this. If he does he's not only WEAK but going to ruin this franchise even further.

He must have learned from the Sparano fiasco.

Hopefully this "committee" tells him to get his head out of the sand and wake up to the lies these failures have been breathing in his face.
