i thought starks and langford both had 1 year left...if not that's true the extra year on starks would help his value and his contract was always reasonable by todays market to begin with...heck probably a bargain unless its really backloaded and were getting into those backloaded #s...but at the same time teams usually don't trade top 3 round picks for guys without signing them to extensions

2 years left yeah probably a 3rd round return i'd say...

after we start 0-2 with Henne, we'll see how loyal Sparano is. He will be looking for someone to blame to save his job. Ireland is AWFUL! "Mallet just didn't fit us and our scheme", or "we really didn't see any quarterbacks that we really felt good enough about". How many fans see good QB's on other teams, and realize that we don't have one? Here is what Henne needs to know to succeed, Okay chad, the guys with the same jersey color as you.. yeah, that's the ones you should throw the football to, you got it?
 
Pats deside not to keep 3 QB'S trade Mallet to Fins for a high 2nd rounder to make up for stealing or best Wide out 2 years ago
 
I don't know if we will trade for Palmer or not (have a hunch Ireland wanted him for some time) ... BUT ...

I DO KNOW ... that this is a much more honest & candid "Are you a Chad Henne fan?" thread ... than the original Thread w/ Poll!! Hoooo-weee 13+ pages in an afternoon!!

imo Mallet fit our scheme we was just to afraid to take a chance on him with pouncey and daniel thomas sitting there he was afraid that Mallet wasnt going to be the QB that everone else thought he would be
 
The Bengal's owner is simply not going to allow Palmer to leave. He keeps saying Palmer is retired, and he probably wouldn't even trade Palmer if we offered them a first round pick, even though he probably isn't worth more than a third rounder. So it is either Henne or Moore for 2011.
 
Enduro, why don't you let us know who your insider is? Not necessarily name but provide us atleast a title? LOL
