Icebliz, its amazing to me that even though you said yourself that Warner threw for 380 yards in the Super Bowl in a losing effort that you dont see that, obviously, you dont need for a QB to throw for 380 yards to win the Super Bowl. Hello, Hello, did it sink in yet? All Im saying is that Football is a team sport. Some teams are stronger than others in certain areas. If for any reason you're team is lacking in one area, other areas must pick up the slack. Ask yourself this,"Did Fiedler pick up the slack from an atrocious O-line-which made for a feeble ground game"! The answer 11-5! Second," Did Kurt Warner pick up the slack from those early int's(their downfall)" The answer 20-17! YA HEARD!

I have seen Jay miss wide open receivers behind the secondary and Jay overthrow them! Why do you think CHAN never had him throw deep too many times? LIMITED!! Jay couldn't hit the side of a barn on some of his throws!! Then you say Warner couldn't do it with the DOLPHIN receivers? That sounds like MORE EXCUSES for FEIDLER!! Warner wouldn't overthrow a wide open Chris Chambers streaking down the sideline! That is why he is getting all the accolades! He makes the BIG throws and it doesn't matter if it's ISAAC BRUCE, Orande Gasden, Torry Holt or Tony Martin!! Warner would make the throws!And he has!! He has proven it! Not only that, but Warner missed a wide open Torry Holt, and a wide open Issac Bruce during the Super Bowl. In fact Holt was so wide open there wasn't a Patriot defender within 15 yards of him.

EVERY qb misses receivers.

This conversation is getting really really old. Jay is probably coming back to be our starter. I want to ask a few questions to the Jay bashers.

1. If Jay sucks so bad, then why does an offensive minded coach like Steve Spurrior want him to be his QB?

2. Who do you want to replace Jay with...and if you say Ray Lucas, or Cade McKnown, then please explain to me what either one has shown under our offense that makes you think they are so much better?

3. Please tell me what QB out there could have gone 11-5 with no running game, and no O-line?

4. Why can't some of you spell his name right? it is FIEDLER...you know, I before E except after C. Sheeesh

Ice are you listening to yourself? He blew the BIG game. It was Warners fault that the Rams lost that game.

Look, Kurt is a great QB, no doubt about it, but you have to admit that he has ALL the weapons available to him. Come on, you have to realize that.

McNown has natural talent and showed glimpses of it in Chicago. He has now matured, and can start. In Chicago, they started him before he was ready. Warner did have a great game, and part of the reason they didn't win is that a lot of the Rams didn't step it up and they should of ran the ball. Bad playcalling had a lot to do with it. Although Fiedler went 11-5, he didn't win all 11 games, actually it wasn't him in most of them, although he blew a lot of games and played really badly in lots of situations, even when we won.

But in KC he had no WR the whole year besides Gonzalez who is a TE. Alexander rarely played. Sure, having good players around you helps, and Jay has 4 good WR and still throws 19 interceptions. The St. Louis system helps you, but Green was throwing to Chris Thomas as his number 1 WR for part of the year. For some time, the top 3 WR in KC (Alexander, Morris, Minnis) were all injured.

He has now matured? How do you know that? Because he has not played for one year he is suddenly matured?

ALSO, I can count 5 INT's that were NOT Jay's fault. Two were the McKnight bobbles for picks, 1 was a Chris Chambers running a deep route, and turned inside for the ball when he should have went outside. Another was when Gadsden slipped on a crossing route and fell down as Jay was throwing him the ball. The last was Chambers running an out pattern, when he was supposed to do a post. These are all confirmed mistakes by the receivers.

Now that takes HIS mistakes down to 14, and how many of those were actually his fault, I am not sure. I only have proof of the 5.

So that would be 20 TD's to 14 int's.

Also you forgot to mention that Green had the number one rusher in the NFL behind him. Trent HAD a great running game.

Ask Dolphins management. He wants to play now, and has been working really hard with Shula in practice, something he didn't do in Chi-town.

Sure it does, but we are talking about JAY here. So I am trying to point out that in this specific case, he didn't make as many mistakes as his stats show.
