We'll three of the four teams left have a first round qb. Two of which are 1st overalll picks, why not go against the grain of the franchises train of thought since 83 and try to nab a 1st rounder?!
Moore had a losing record against a schedule with 1 team with a winning record. He is a fumbleing machine with zero pocket presence and can't deliver in the clutch. No!
I think we did pretty well with CP10. He's a game manager. We won like, what..11 games?
we dont have much of a choice this offseason, moore will be in play, will see who the coach is
Because aside from Luck and a huge question mark in RGIII, there is not a QB with first round potential. I agree, we need a QB, but we can't draft one if he doesn't exist. As much as I hate losing, I think we stick with Moore, maybe bring in Flynn or Campbell for competition, and reach for the 1st round franchise QB next year, when the draft will have far more talent at QB than this draft. We'll three of the four teams left have a first round qb. dophins13 - Henne hands down better than Moore - Moore started the year as the BACK UP remember??

Why is this thread still going? I already won it by pointing out that Alex Smith was picked first overall, thus invalidating the argument.
Your credibility with your opinion just took a major hit. Moore and Montana in the same sentence goes to show your homerism.
Some of you around here are some seriously crazy folks.
Carolina believed in Moore and where did that get them? Maybe he is our franchise QB but in NO way do you go into this next season expecting anything more from him than a mediocre season.
Miami can not afford to sit back and gamble on a mediocre talent like Matt Moore.
