Grant and Williams were out. They are below average NFL starting WRs. They’re not getting us anywhere. If you’re happy with them, along with no above average running backs on the roster, but want to use our biggest asset to find a replacement for Tua after he played half a season, I don’t know what to tell you.
 
lets do both but not in the sense everyone is talking, deal the #3 for more draft capital, that way instead of taking the QB, we get value for another team that needs the QB. With the extra draft picks we get more talent around Tua. I am not sold of Tua, but i also believe a good QB who can be a game manage can win you a SB if they have talent around them.

And now we wait to see what we have. Pretty sure there's more to being a good QB than having elite size, arm, and athleticism otherwise Cam Newton would be the best QB the world has ever seen and Brady and Brees would be career backups.

Because BYU sucks. A decent qb will shine at a place like that because the dudes hes playing against blow. Doesn't mean he's worth a top 3 pick

Keep regurgitating that narrative. WR's that are open are open open for a second because Tua's noodle-a** arm has the ball arriving at the same time the defender does. No DB is afraid of Tua because they know he isn't the same QB from 'Bama...especially outside the numbers. Parker and Gesiski don't have to be Bama open to make a catch. Give him a chance. 2nd and 10 is no different than 2nd and 8. We're still going to throw another 4 yard out on 2nd down.

Brees is not a good example. Brees was garbage on rookie contract. No thanks to that 4-5 year rookie contract experiment. That's like Tannehill. Waste of time, which is why Chargers promptly got rid of him as soon as that contract was done.
Brady is unique tho, and has both better arm and better frame so not comparable.

You could give Tua the same weapons as Mahomes and the results would be nothing close. He doesn't have the physical tools. Doesn't have the arm, escapability, accuracy, or the balls Mahomes does. Sorry, he's just not that level.
