Someone mentioned Chip Kelly.. I haven't seen him play yet, must be a small school guy...
That was in response to the type of system Watson would work in. You know, Chip Kelly the coach.

I highly doubt we draft a QB in the first round but we need to draft one at some point. Other teams have found good QB's in the middle rounds but we never even try. We have so many holes tho. The whole team is a mess. I have supported Tannehill as he is our QB but we gotta have a plan B and that is not Moore. For sure draft a QB at some point but we also need two guards, two LB's, a real pass rushing DE, another corner and a TE so QB is not the only thing we need
Ozzy rules!!
Deshaun Watson averaged 10.6 YPA in the first half. His YPA had been down this year, but most of that is on his receivers, who had been awful. Watson wasn't quite as sharp as usual against Troy, but the Auburn game was more about his receivers failing to win and dropping passes than Watson struggling. I still think there's some distance between him and the rest of this very good QB group.
Jinx game on point
I really like Brad Kaaya as a pro prospect. And he has had a very, very good first 2 1/3 seasons as a Canes QB. But if he does come out this year (which isn't a certainty), IMHO he would need to sit a year before being ready to win in the NFL. It's not that he's raw, but he is a limited athlete, and has to win executing the offense with precision. And he's good at that. But I think I'd prefer he sit a year and learn the offense before taking the reigns at this level. Just my 2 cents.
The talk is pointless as long as T-bum is GM.
I find college ball hard to stomach at times b/c of the lack of defense, but that was elite play by Watson and Jackson last night. Entertaining to say the least.
