Nick Foles gave hints he could lead a Super Bowl team. Has Dolphins’ Ryan Tannehill?

Not sure there have been many of those. Usually MVP is on one of the teams with the best record. And to be all-pro QB you have to have more than 8-8 record. Not going to give you all pro and pass on QB with 13-3 record. Just doesn't work that way. Now pro bowl maybe.

Yes, I see now only our very own Dan Marino has been named an all pro with a non winning record at 8-8.

OK, But it has to be someone with past credentials to get all-pro and go 8-8. Brees might have also done it but both of them have prior accreditation. Something Ryan doesn't have.

Yeah I was agreeing with you, a QB on an 8-8 team getting an All Pro nod is extremenly rare. I didn't think it was. I was wrong.

Love how Mando has spent the entire offseason killing Tannehill. It’s great!

I do nt want beat dead horse but thill17 resumed is weak in nfl. for example you played 8 good game in 2016. that is ur only thing you have done in 7 yr. that sound like backup qb. that sound like something mat moore would be happy about. thill17 need have yr like A.Smith of K,C in 2017

Foles won the Super Bowl, Wentz got them there.

Very few if any thought Foles could get the Eagles another win much less the SB.

Well what is your criteria for a good game?

You’re such a terrific fan! Cheering for hack articles that have slanted views and zero impact on the team’s direction! ZERO! way to stay classy!

I thought wentz went down during the regular season and foles.was the QB during the playoffs?

Ryan Tannehill will get respect when he becomes a more proficient QB on 3rd down,.
More proficient than who? Everyone?

In 2016 he was better than Keep, Wilson, Newton, Luck, Rivers, Stafford, etc. 4th quarter he was better than a ton of QBs. Redzone, he was better than everyone.

Put Foles and Tannehill on the same roster, with same supporting cast and same system and Tannehill wins that head to head battle 10 time out of 10 in my opinion.

Foles has a Top O-line. He will do nothing here til 2030 until it's fixed

When I mention proficiency on 3rd down, I'm talking about conversation rate. Not passer rating lol.

The Dolphins had a conversion rate of 36.7 percent, which was good for 25th in the league in 2016. If you think that ranking doesn't need improvement, then god speed.
