At this point he'd be best utilized as a 3rd down pass rush specialist. His days as an every down player are over and with a $17.5 million dollar price tag no way is he worth it. Unless time travel is a thing and we can get JJ Watt circa 2012 he'd have to take a big pay cut.

If we had time travel I think I would reserve it for Shula

Why would we even want him? We aren't a Watts away from contending. We would have to give up assets and take on that contract. Dude is on the downs lope of his career . How many major injuries has he had? Do you want to rely on him finishing a season? He was a great player and still decent but goes against everything Flo is trying to build. Just doesn't fit

That was largely their boards opinion. They also mentioned his health is down and not the player he once was. I still think he would have value to a team close to a SB.

Anybody would love to have JJ on their team.

I think he goes to a team that has 2021 Super Bowl aspirations.

He is at that point of his career where he should be going to the bucs or the chiefs. Greenbay may be too cold for him.
