Armando Reporting Ryan Is Gone.

Gase
Tannenbaum
The entire front office
Tannehill

ALL must go!

Then the entire team needs to rebuild.

Enough excuses.
Enough mediocrity.
ALL of them have had more than enough time to prove themselves and they’ve done absolutely nothing.

Anyone still clinging to any hope with this regime and group of players (and owner) has clearly never experienced the greatness of this team and has been lulled into accepting mediocrity and a lack of competitiveness.

It’s just not good enough and hasn’t been for decades.
I can’t accept the hollow excuses and Ross shouldn’t either.
Clean it out. Burn it down. Rebuild it.

getting rid of tannehill isnt going to fix this mess, this mess starts at the top...im ok with moving on from tannehill as long as were also moving on from tannenbaum, grier, and gase as well. Tannehill should not be the scapegoat while Gase gets to continue his putrid offense and defense.

Truthfully the Mess is Top, Bottom ,Sides, and all other sounding areas....and the right fix on the top should build a nice foundation for a real future...
But top organization overhaul needed beyond desperately and for future success:
QB needed
OL needed
DL needed
Plus a few other areas but these listed enough to deal with the first year.
Success though dependent on that new GM and HC... and them knowing and getting the right positions to build on.

ive backed ryan his entire career and while i think he was screwed over most of his time here i think its obvious its time for both the team and ryan to go their separate ways...i got respect for ryan and i wish him the best going forward whether in the NFL or his life after football. Hes a good person and a talented guy but it just didnt work out....

In the post Marino era, considering how many (waisted) years and opportunities he was given, after repeated failure, no QB has done more damage to this organization than Ryan Tannehill. He should have been gone a long time ago, but I guess better later than never.

I'm 100% for keeping Tannehill, he can be quite effective with a decent OLine. But he needs that protection or forget it. He definitely can not be the man though, other QB's need to be here, hopefully through the draft

Not any more. There was a time where he didn't crumble as easily with pressure and at least attempted to run away. Now, I think he is damaged goods just like Carr in Houston years ago.

Except they have done ALOT to the oline. Go look at the changes there in the past seven years. Look at the turnover in players and coaches. Look at the draft picks and money invested in it. Compare their sack numbers with Tannehill in vs. Moore, Cutler and Osweiler.

And it has all failed! You are confusing one good pick in Tunsil and a bunch of patchwork moves with making the line better. Where are the results? Where is the pass pro? There has been no identity or plan for this unit.

Again, tell me you want your freshly drafted franchise QB that we assume will be drafted this year or next behind the same OL...you know you don’t and anyone who says they are good with that is a liar or a fool.

because thats what you guys did for 7 years. nothing was ever ryan's fault. ever. there was always an excuse. just like now that its over. it wont be that ryan tannehill failed in miami because of ryan tannehill. it will be he failed because of the organization around him.

You seem incapable of seeing the team as a unit. You fixate only on the QB and can’t see beyond one position. RT was far from perfect, but you act the opposite and blame the OL on him, the coaching on him and excuse every other unit. See how rediculous that position is?

You really wanna see more Tannehill? What kind of glutton for punishment are you!? Just be a fan of whatever team he’s on next year then

Id rather have Flacco on that list. If young Brissett and Bridgewater are starting material, why arent so many teams chasing them? Flacco is a veteran, one year left. Sign him for a year, draft QB in 2020 and let Flacco back up for a year or two.

Bringing Teddy or Jacoby would mean long team. I never cared much for either of them.

Let me begin by saying that I hope your insurance covers butthurt because you have a bad case of it.

Tannehill is/was as a person in the Twitterverse claimed, "The Miami Dolphins of NFL quarterbacks."

Is it his fault that he can't recognize a disguised blitz, was either the least mobile QB or the stupidest for getting sacked as much as he did, can't understand how to NOT sndown the ball EVERY down with 1 second left on the playclock, usually makes the first throw just fine until it's taken away and he has to be a quarterback...maybe it is.

What is not his fault is owners restructuring his contract so it makes it so uncomfortable getting rid of him, it's also not his fault that our brass isn't as savvy as the brass of Baltimore...who saw that Flacco was the best Flacco he was going to be...and they drafted Jackson, of Kansas Cory who saw that Alex Smith was the best Alex Smith he was ever going to ne... and drafted Mahomes. We could have done this with Rosen, but we instead we put all our eggs in the basket of a QB who has been a .500 QB since Texas A&M.

I had to LOL when you added Larsen to the mix...as if he's a factor, when he's just another bad judgement from Gase, who has plenty.

That said, if you don't have any major medical tou can always sit in your local emergency room and wait your turn for some butthurt creme.

Lol. Very mature post. It’s not butthurt, it’s burnout. This forum has been all RT sucks for years, and the fixation is nauseating. It has become nothing more than elementary school drivel. Any attempt to look at the team objectively is belittled and misrepresented as making excuses.

You are about to get a QB in the draft like you have been crying for for the last seven years. I guess we will see how well your theory holds up if they put him behind the same OL. My guess is they will draft someone not on your “approved draft able QB list”, and when they fail, you will be crying just like you have all season.

The difference between us is I believe in building a strong team, starting on the line and working out, you believe that an elite QB solves everything. History says your approach fails, while my approach is successful, but whatever floats your boat. Ask Marino how well an elite QB can do by himself. Only one SB appearance and no SB wins. Ask Csonka and Griese how a strong team can do, they will likely cite the only undefeated team in NFL history. It’s all good though, drafting elite QB’s is easy.

I could see Tannehill to the Redskins, although Denver or Jacksonville might be better fits.
