BREAKING NEWS: Boston Coming Back!

YES! Chambers, Booker, Boston, Mcmike, Brown, man, our offense is shaping up to be straight deadly.

If AJ can't get the job done with these weapons, then he will never make it in the nfl. Show us what you can do AJ!

Man our offense and defense will be fun to watch this year. I just hope that Boston will have the win attitude instead of the bad one. I am sure hoping that Boston will fit into this offense like Moss did.

Here is an article about Boston from PFT:

BOSTON BACK TO MIAMI?

We recently reported that receiver David Boston had scuttled plans of signing with San Fran, and focused instead on other possible suitors, including the Dolphins.

Boston was traded to Miami in 2004, but suffered a preseason knee injury and never appeared in a game for the Fins. He was released early in the offseason.

According to Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post, Boston could be getting his chance to don the aqua in 2005.

Per Schad, Boston is expected to sign a one-year contract with the Dolphins.

It could be a low-risk, high-reward experiment for the Fins, who need a playmaker opposite Chris Chambers as they install Scott Linehan's pinball-machine offense. If healthy, Boston could be one of the better receivers in the conference.

Can you imagine if we end up with Ricky in there too. Man I'm no football expert but it sounds awful impressive to me.

You guys are so funny. No one wanted this guy, and when we sign him he might be the most explosive WR int he league and is such a good signing. Sometimes i wonder if there will ever be any objectivity on this board ever again.

Great signing! low (almost zero) risk and high reward. We needed another speed threat opposite Chambers and Boston provides that. I like him far better than any of the other wr options available. I think Boston would work great in the slot or as the split end. Booker fits best in the flanker role, possession stuff, drags with RAC opportunities. Boston's biggest strength is his ability to catch that curl pattern, screening the DB with his huge body and providing an easy target for the QB. But the DB can't sit on that b/c Boston has the speed to run by him. To my mind the only real concern is the injury risk, but his contract makes tha a minimal concern b/c if he gets injured we can just go out and sign any wr who is about as good as the other guys available now.

BTW I'm not predicting monster #s or SBs. We still have holes at DT, S and of course QB. And we still installing new systems, etc., but this is a good signing that is a step towards putting the team back in it's rightful place at the top of the NFL.

:) ya man im happy like a girl naked in my room right now thats how happy i am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :vault: :bandwagon :bravo: :ladysman: :cuddle:  :rawk: :couch2: thats how happy i am

Just his presence on the field will help, even if it is as the number 3 or 4 WR. Defenses simply have to respect the guy, thereby opening things up for CC, Booker and McMike, not to mention the running game.

I wonder whether he can come back full strength, or whether he is compromised forever becuase of his injuries. The first step for this guy is just making it through camp.

Our organization knew more of him than practically all the other NFL teams with the exception of the Cardinals and the Chargers. They didn't take the risks because they only knew the general story. The man worked hard for us last offseason...........and it looks like that hard work is paying off as a second shot with this ball club. You seem to disregard his physical skills like they don't exist. That's why alot of people think he can become so explosive. It's not like he hasn't thrown up a monster year before and we're just speculating of no previous ocurrences.
