Your a control freak? I must be a control psycho then LOL. When the issue with Martin and Incognito went on I was trumpeting the issue that Philbin is the HC and HE needs to have not only his hand on the pulse of the team but also be the main LEADER and should definitely know whats going on with issues like that.
Something like this I just heard about it and laughed...laughed loud. That's all I can do and honestly and it doesn't surprise me and it shouldn't surprise anyone why people outside of this organization look at us and laugh.

You know what. Ross and the Dolphins had a plan on hiring the next GM. No matter what is in the papers..(yes they know the perception everyone outside the org has) they have stuck to their guns and pressed forward. No leaks of any substance what so ever. Nobody saw the Lazor hire till it was announced. I like they have resisted public pressure and stuck to their guns. To me..that shows a strong organization...not a dysfunctional one.

er Armando. WTF???? So while Belichek, Rex Ryan and Doug Marrone are all attending, our knucklehead Coach decides to skip this to meet with his new coaches??? What a dope. Honestly, can he be more clueless?? Why would you not have SOMEBODY there to gather info on these players? I guess Philben figured our strong finnish and playoff appeareance....what ??? You mean we didn't make the playoffs AGAIN this year. This Coach and his staff need to go! It just gets more surreal!~!!!:confused:
