It takes two to Fangio…Ok we brought our guy in. I'm sure money isn't going to be an issue or scheme.
So the Dolphins have an easy decision to make. However,if they F this up I will lose all confidence I have in this organization.

He’s to be 65. That’s 55 in today’s numbers, unless you get the booster, in which case you are in a coffin at 25. JMO.
Wasn't my criteria 72. Was just responding to it.I have had 3 boosters. So based on your criteria, I don’t have to worry about next season. Because I won’t be around to worry about the Dolphins anymore.
I realized that after I posted. Sorry about that.Wasn't my criteria 72. Was just responding to it.
The Dolphins have a lot of their money tied up on defense in four players. Byron Jones, Howard, Ogbah, and Chubb.
Jones missed all of the 2022 season and we have no idea what his injury story is. Howard is not the player he was in the past. He appears to have lost a step and his best years seem to be in the past.
Ogbah was having a down year prior to his injury that caused him to go on IR and miss most of the season. It’s likely his play will continue to decline since he’s not getting any younger.
As a player they traded for during the season, Chubb is still a question mark for the Dolphins and we can just hope he becomes the player they hope he would be after signing him to a huge contract.
The Dolphins do have some good young defensive players but they have no first round pick in this years draft to supplement the needs they have on that side of the ball.
Fangio has spent the year working as a consultant with the Eagles. So he knows exactly what he would have to work with if he took over as their DC. The Eagles also have 2 first round draft picks and they could use those picks to add talent to their defense.
If you look at the starters on the Eagles, he has actually done a very good job with his draft picks in recent years and he has been effective with his trades and free agent pick ups.The Eagles would be better served trading those picks given how bad Howie evaluates college talent.
He took alot of heat with Whiteside over Metcalf and Reager over JJ and there was a real lack of offensive talent in 2020If you look at the starters on the Eagles, he has actually done a very good job with his draft picks in recent years and he has been effective with his trades and free agent pick ups.
Many in the media say the Eagles have the most talented roster in the league right now and that certainly shows that Howie has done an excellent job for the Eagles.
I saw that tweet yesterday. The Donatell thing makes it seem like a troll post. But who knows?
Gentlemen: Just remember that GM Grier runs this show......McDaniel is the YES man. Grier didn't want Fangio last year. This has got to be the year that Miami gets to the championship. Otherwise, everything implodes.
Every GM makes mistakes and hindsight is always 100%. Yet when you look at the overall talent he has on this years Eagles roster. You have to give him a lot of credit. He took alot of heat with Whiteside over Metcalf and Reager over JJ and there was a real lack of offensive talent in 2020
He certainly redeemed himself
No zesty brooches!Gentlemen: Please don't brooch the Vax topic as it always turns political, your comments will be deleted if so, even in zest. Now please carry on good chaps.
