Is There Any Truth To What Jim Hasbeen Was Saying About Our Projected Starter at SS?

You guys will all see how bad he is pretty soon. You may not like Jim Haslett but if neither he nor Bill Belicheck could get him good enough then he will not be good enough. The guy can't tackle and he has absolutely no ball skills. You people should really know what you're talking about before you bad mouth anybody.

why is a saints fan even here?

if t buck cant tackle then what does that say about your squad?
he led your tema in tackles last year............

BB got him good enough for you guys to trade for him. what did you guys trade for him ageain?

At least our running back doesn't leave us. And what have the dolphins done the past few seasons? Nothing.

What have the saints done in the past lifetime?.........

Haslett should worry about his own damn team instead of flapping his lips about other teams and players that are not on his team anymore.

Haslett should worry about his job. Maybe he can sell hot dogs down here in Miami after next season when he's S canned.

Never get into a pissing contest with Saints fans. That have sucked for so long it is now an art form in NO.

He was traded for on potential and if you've actually seen any games then you will see that he can't tackle at all. And the saints trade a third, 7th, and fourth round pick for the next year. You will see just how "good" he is next year. Should be pretty fun.

What does that have to do with anything?

Has Jim been wrong about either of them? Tebucky is not that good and I don't know why you are getting your hopes up. I thought that Tebucky would do good too until he got here. He is not that good and you all saw what's going on with ricky last year. And we have two players that have replaced both of them and have done/will do a better job than either of them. Deuce and Dwight Smith.
Well I'm hoping TeBucky has better success here in Miami because it sounds like he was a huge disappointment there in New Orleans. Just curious... what are your thought on Jim Haslett? Do you want a new coach and how much time do you think he has left there?

AGAIN, what does that say about your squad when he leads the team in tackles?

and here is a thought, if t buck stunk as a FS, put him back to his natural position, SS....why would that be a hard concept?

i would also like to add:

you seem pretty bitter about tbuck, are you upset that he is no longer with the saints?

Miami:

2004 4-12-0
2003 10-6-0
2002 9-7-0
2001 11-5-0
2000 11-5-0
1999 9-7-0
1998 10-6-0

Record = 64 - 48

New Orleans:

2004 8-8-0
2003 8-8-0
2002 9-7-0
2001 7-9-0
200010-6-0
1999 3-13-0
1998 6-10-0

Record = 51 - 61

Apparently the Dolphins have done a lot better than the Aints.

HAHA your not going there are you ?? the Saints?!?! you guys havent even reached Bengal level and you want to start comparing franchises :rofl3:

Tebucky led the team in tackles last year because he had a LOT of opportunities, believe me. Our defense in 2004 was one of the WORST OF ALL TIME. None of our linebackers started more than half the year, and we had no interior line. Darren Howard was gone for most of the season, and Charles Grant, as talented as he is, often lacks discipline in the run game, leaving gaping holes.

Tebucky is a horrid tackler...as I said, he just had a LOT of opportunities. The fact that he led the team in tackles says more about how awful our defense was before Week 13 than it says about Tebucky.

 Not to mention their 10-6 season was a big thanks to our newly acquired GM Randy Mueller. :D

As was the following season's 7-9. It was Mueller who ran off the guys most responsible for that 10-6 season. ;)
