You also have to hold owners accountable for giving players contracts them cutting or trading them before contract is up. It can't be just one wayThat is a separate issue. The NFL is generally heading to more and more contract disputes and I have zero sympathy for a player who signs a new deal and then 2 or 3 years later is seeking a brand new deal. They can **** off. Part of team management is trying to navigate the salary cap and allowing the team to grow.
Now as to team culture, it starts at the top and the owner allows it to happen, clean house from the top down or you'll have the same product year in and year out, this year will be no different.
