Matt Moore + Mike Wallace deep go route

Big Ben was able to hit the Mike Wallace deep go route, in stride, on non-busted plays.

The myth portrayed by the Wallace basher's is easily exposed. But they will continue to push the "one trick pony" narrative. Shameless and lazy.

So it is a myth that since Wallace got to Miami he hasn't fought for the ball several times in close situations? Riiiiiiiiiiggggghhhht

whoa, stop the presses, you have 2 passes in 4 years! this guy knows what he's talkin about!

So Wallace's other 98% were ALL deep go routes and broken extended plays? Gotcha. Even though I can goto YouTube and see differently.

The problem is Wallace isn't running a go route, he is running a go, stutter, trip, look back at the wrong time, and not fight for the ball route. Moore's deep ball was against a lesser defense and the receiver after beating the DB at the line ran a smooth straight route. Also just an FYI, while a good throw, it wasn't a great throw as it should have been more to the outside to get away from the safety. Against a good D with a solid safety, the safety would have had a play on the ball as it faded back towards the middle of the field.

Well said. I believe Matthews/Williams make that catch.

Mike Wallace has never fought for the ball. Which means that Tannehill + Mike Wallace aren't really a good match.

But pair Mike Wallace with a QB that can arc a deep ball into a super-fast bucket, and he's deadly.

Does anyone realize the deep go route is one of the lowest percentage passes? Dear god how so much can be made of so little..

If he's no "one trick pony", where's the other tricks other than the mere track-star-disgused-as-a-football-player-go-route.???

I'll save you the time.

Go look it up yourself. Anyone is able to get a sample of who he is/was is readily available on the interwebz.

Your just to lazy to look, or just set in your own bias.

I also haven't heard of Moore hitting Wallace in practice on deep routes or any other QB for that matter.

Matt Moore is a career back up for a reason. This is the truth, just lie back and accept it.

Question is, "is the same true for Tannehill?" Maybe that is all he is...unless we start to see something more, all we have now is a BU starting..
