On the Clock Draft Simulator

I started one of these but shitcanned it when Burrow was still there at 3. I don't know how they program these things but that's not good enough.

They've got a random factor programmed in so they are not all the same.
When I do one of these and this pops up (occasionally), I just ignore players who I know wont be there and take the ones who will...

Or start over.

Also no way in his ell does Dillon go in the 7th. He goes 3rd 4th latest.
 
I've said all along that Rosen starts next year. We red-shirted him this year and unless he faceplants in camp next year. He's first man up.

That said, I'm drafting a QB in the 2020 and 2021 and 2022 and... well, you get the point.

This is one of the reasons I've been anti-trading up (EVER!). More shots means more chances of successes when the hit rate on QBs is so damned low.
 
...and maybe on Dillon. Really large one cut backs tend to be an old fashioned idea. I took him because he fell in that draft.

One guy that I keep playing around with is Eno Benjamin. If we miss on the top 4 or 5 guys, I think he's my fallback position.

I would be more surprised if Dillon goes before round 5...he lacks any lateral ability and has benefited from open holes. Not sure about his vision but he seems to struggle when he has to do anything to make a play that is not just running forward. He doesn't catch the ball at all. I think he is, at best, the 3rd RB on most rosters. This draft goes 10 or so RBs that could be NFL starters or at the very least part of a rotation, Dillon falls way outside of that.
