Who's taking it as gospel? Its all just wishful thinking. No one said it was certainty. I am very skeptical at this point.

Not to burst our fantasy bubble but didn't Peter King say yesterday on PTI that the Vikes were not going to trade both 1st rounders to move up in the draft?

What would PTI know about what they would or wouldn't do?

I don't think Minny can afford to not draft Braylon or Mike. There's news about Kelly Campbell getting into trouble as well so they're probably getting desperate. I don't think it's a bad move for them either. Personally, I feel that Mike Williams is the best player in the draft followed by Braylon. Their biggest need is a big play reciever and you have 2 prospects that are probably the best players in the draft...no brainer. They should pull the trigger on this.

If say Braylon Edwards is the number one guy on the Vikes board and they have him head and shoulders above the rest why wouldnt you make that trade? You still have your second and third rounds picks.

Why dont you want the best WR in the draft? I mean your D its almost set, all you need is a DE and you are set, every thing else is ready, you can pickup yet another stop gap at RB, those 2 needs with your 2nd and 3rd rounders and you will pretty much have a SB contender. What would you not like of this scenario?

Hopefully this pans out! Picks #7, #18, and their #80, in the 3rd round, equals 2590. Just 10 points shy of the 2600 a #2 is worth, as per value chart. Seems fair to me. Let's get it done!
