This Rams D worrying anyone else?

Bears Offense is comatosed. Rams have beaten Washington, Cowboys, Eagles, Giants and Bears. They had a close game losing to the Bills and lost against a 49ers team the Phins smashed the week before. Rams are very beatable.

Sure, every team has two time DPOY winners. They hand those out like candy.
Tom Brady’s season was ended by something named Bernard Pollard. Any player can be injured on any hit, regardless of who’s hitting him.

As someone else previously mentioned, if we are afraid of him taking a hit, he shouldn’t have been drafted. Clearly they aren’t worried about him taking hits

That’s just it. Tua is going to get hit if his body can’t handle it he will get hurt. No use worrying about it, names don’t matter. Joe Shmoe DT could hit him or Aaron Donald. Donald is great but it’s not like he’s leaving a trail of bodies behind him. Folks need to remember a good game for a DT is a sack, maybe a QB hit or 2, some pressures and some run stops. Let’s not act like Donald is going to have like 10 sacks or something.

Honestly it always bothered me when they ran commercials like, “Tom Brady and the Patriots face off against JJ Watt and the Texans”. Both could have a good game and the Pats probably win 45-17. Watt could have 2 sacks and a bunch of pressures but Brady could make them pay every time he doesn’t get home. They act like Watt was gonna have 10 sacks and 20 batted balls, ridiculous.

I feel like many people don’t really understand hip injuries. What can make them serious is that there is poor blood flow in the bone tissue which can lead to necrosis if left untreated. When you think athletes who suffered from hip injuries you are talking about guys who went hours to days without the injury being correctly diagnosed and treated. The staff at Alabama had his hip back in socket and the bone set in like 5 minutes (there was an entire article about it). It has been almost a year; his hip is as strong or stronger than it was before the injury. The reality is that he might get hurt. It is part of the game. The chance it is the same injury to his hip, however, is extremely low. That is just not how correctly healed bone injuries tend to work.

I’m more worried about the offense. The defense better be ready for these jet sweep WR runs. We’ve had a ton of pre snap communication issues where guys are talking trying to figure stuff out. If our LBs or Edge Guys aren’t ready and alert those plays could kill us

Just said in another thread, the edge guys need to stay home. Keep Goff and those those sweeps from killing it.

Haha, this post. Couldn’t have said it better

Rams might have been hyped for a Monday night prime time game in front of a home crowd too. Miami heat, 1:00PM start, cross country travel,non-divisional game, The Miami Dolphins one of the worst teams last year? All reasons to overlook this weeks opponent.
