I guess I'm not just the type of person that will summarize a whole night by one play. I watched the game 3 times and saw Tanne playing good football.
I don't think he was bad, but I wasn't impressed. I have 'made excuses' for him the past two years, but I felt like they were legitimate. The OL was straight trash and at times the receiving corps has been a joke. We haven't been able to run the football worth a damn since we lost Reggie Bush, either.
But none of those are matter when you're rolling out to your right and you have a WIIIIIIIIIDE OPEN Brian Hartline there for an easy first down and instead you basically throw it away to Mike Wallace in coverage on the sideline. I expect better.
