Dolphins Bucs Postponed until Week 11

On a football note, I'd rather face the Chargers to start the season than the Bucs

just more time to watch/scout out what the Chargers do in week 1.

Although Charger starters with 1 full (real) game under belt might be in better form execution wise...

We'll see..

i thought this thread wasn't gonna have any weather related crap in it.

There's already a double standard thread dedicated to the storm on the front page when it has nothing to do with the dolphins and now it's found it's way in here too.
the pass was way over your head, so we won't call a penalty.

Losing our BYE week sucks. But it is what it is.

My already low expectations for this season went even lower.

The amount of butthurt in this thread is simply remarkable. :facepalm

Our bye week is now, instead of later ... who gives a flying ****?

The players do. Their wives do. An NFL game is akin to a car crash every week. They look forward to that bye week. As one Bucs wife already tweeted her husband always looks forward to that bye week because his body is shot by then. It's player safety and health. A neutral site could've been done with 3-5 days notice. But they lose ticket sales.

So because this change the team whose homefield advantage is hot weather does not get to play at home until October 8th. We essentially have no bye, we have short weeks due to Monday and Thursday night games. Next year's schedule better send the entire AFC East down here while it is still scorching for some 1:00 kickoffs or set it up that we do not have to play a single snow game. You know if something like this happened to the Patriots, they'd move the London game to NE (even though they'd have been scheduled to be the road team) and their Thursday night games would get moved to Sundays, then they'd get anything and everything they'd ask for in the following year's schedule.

Mikoooo is back. :laugh

It sucks to lose our week 11 bye, but at least we still have our weeks 3 and 7 byes to look forward to

They could have easily played this game in Miami tomorrow night.

Just stop with this.

Evacuations start in South Florida tomorrow and are already in place for the Keys. Police and emergency personnel are on 12 hr shifts and aren't available for detail either.
