Aim higher, Dolphins.
Rizzie helped w admin stuff to prep for gameday and they worked well together. Why? So Rizzie can run the team again?
Now that you tallk about it, wasnt that actually a discussion point at the time?I honestly think Rizzi was running the team during that interim.
I don’t think miami gave him the interim position outright because he excelled at the STC position and they feared him leaving after the year if they chose not to give him the HC spot. The plan was obviously never to hire within for the next HC position and they chose someone capable, but dispensable.
I remember Rizzi in Campbell’s ear all game long essentially coaching HIM.
This also might be complete nonsense, but otherwise it makes zero sense why he wasn’t chosen over Campbell, and is NOW getting a head coach interview.
I'd rather the team wasn't full of murder's and criminals.
The Buckeyes team was "filled with murder's and criminals"?
Not only are you very misinformed; you don't spell very well either.
Maybe he's learned a thing or two working with Sean Payton.I love the kind of team Campbell would build. Like Sparano teams would remember when they played the Miami Dolphins. However, also like Sparano I'm not sure how much of a tactical or intellectual advantage he gives us. Maybe he could assemble a strong staff.
The team was 1-3 before him. 5-7 with him.
If Rizzi is passed over for the head coaching job I suspect he'll resign and go elsewhere.
