So when you're talking Tannehill, wins/losses etc are team stats, but when it's any other QB it's different? :p

You have a good point, but I was referring to just how long he's been in the league and how successful he's been (in the regular season, at least).

How's that relevant at all? You spoke about experience. One has the experience of playing in a Super bowl and one obviously doesn't.

I'll go on record as a Nick Foles fan. 6’6” 243 lbs, 28 years old. Same draft as Tannehill, Luck, Griffin, Weeden, Osweiler, Russel Wilson. Career passer rating: 88.1. 2013 Pro bowl and perfect passer rating in a game where he threw seven touchdowns. He struggled with turnovers in St. Louis, especially the game against Green Bay where he had four in one game. Basically why he’s now a backup. I think he still has a lot in the tank and Gase could make him a star. Can definitely make all the throws. I think he’s the best back up out there right now, just needs the right situation.

I also forgot about RGIII, but with his injury history its probably pointless.

Foles thrived due to the early introduction of Chip Kelly's offense. Nothing more. He's the equivalent to a one hit wonder pop star.

Matt friggan Moore man!!!!! Hasn't he proved enough to you guys last year??? JC why is it even a question. Believe in MM already... SMH
Dude MM proved last year that he is a backup QB

I would say Cutler or Moore , seeing how Cutler has worked with Gase two other times in Denver and Chicago and Moore knows the system as well because he's been there.

I don't think Gase and Cutler were in Denver at the same time...

I wouldn't watch any of the games if they signed that jackass. Why do people keep calling him RGIII also? He's done literally nothing to have a moniker like that.

And I don't think that makes him automatically better. If that was such a great accomplishment, he wouldn't be a healthy 29 year old looking for a job.

And for me the relevance of experience is just knowing that Romo has likely seen anything that you can throw at a him. Though I will say a huge concern would be his effectiveness when facing pressure.

What so special about the moniker? It's just an acronym... its easier to write.

He proved he is not a progression read QB and he severely limits what Gase's offense can do.

no, not at all, Gase has already proved he taylors his offense around his players strengths. That is what gase would do, put moore in the best position to get us wins
