If you don't practice it, you can't be good at it. Never practice for the exact goal, practice to exceed it.

If you want to have great endurance for marathons, practice running 30 miles.

If you want to be great throwing into NFL windows, practice throwing into coverage.


and so on.


Until you practice beyond the level, you'll never be comfortable at the level.

From the reports it seems only Tua played no other player on the team played. Tua against Tua.
