Salguero: Dolphins Will Fire Tannenbaum, Keep Gase And Grier

Gase will be a lame duck coach and fired in the middle of the season in 2019. Just like the late Sparano, extended then fired, Philbin, extended then fired. This franchise is so embarrassing
 
If Grier stays, so be it.

If Gase stays, he better take a good look in the mirror and do some self evaluation
1. Fire Burke. Beg Bowles or Joseph to come in and install a 3-4 rebuild.
2. STRONGLY consider giving up play calling. Focus on player preparation, teaching, road performance and detailed evaluation of player strengths/weaknesses/usage rates.
3. Sit with the scouts and go find YOUR QB.

Marino has been hanging around forever, didnt wayne hire him one day and the same day Marino resigned? anyone but Marino FFs'

Now to finalize the thing, Tannenbaum is fired because he brought in incompetents like Gase and Grier, but Grier and Gase stay? how does that work?

Because it looks bad to the rest of the NFL to fire a coach after 3 years who’s had to deal with the injuries Gase has had to deal with. This will matter to the Harbaughs and other top candidates. Also by firing the guy who bought the groceries you’re essentially saying the chef is not the problem.
 
if we lose at buffalo and gase is not fired that means hes coming back. they are not going to fire him march LOL

all teams have had to deal with injuries.

Gase is history Period.. Even Ross isn't that stupid to keep Him..

Imagine what kind of clown comes in to be the GM replacing T-Bomb....with Gase as your HC....

I Think this fortifies more along the lines of Gase getting the boot AND they are showing T-bomb the door....No way Gase is retained................
